Each vendor profile shows their contact details — phone, email, website, and social media links. You can also use the enquiry form on their profile to send a message directly. Include your wedding date and venue for the most helpful response.

Yes. The free tier includes a basic profile with up to 3 photos, your contact details, and placement on category and location pages. No setup fees, no time limits, no hidden charges.

The Standard plan (£15/month or £150/year) includes everything in Free, plus:

Yes. Cancel anytime from your vendor dashboard or via the Stripe billing portal. Your listing automatically downgrades to the free tier at the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.

Your profile appears on our homepage (if featured), category pages (e.g. /vendors/photographers), location pages (e.g. /vendors/photographers/edinburgh), and in search results. We also optimise every page for Google so couples can find you through organic search.

On the Standard plan, couples can send enquiries via a form on your profile. The enquiry (name, email, wedding date, venue, message) is forwarded straight to your email. You reply directly to the couple — no middleman, no commission.

Most listings are reviewed and approved within a few hours during business days. We check that the business details are genuine and the content meets our quality guidelines.
